Privacy Policy

This policy describes how PodTuner (“the app”) handles information. PodTuner is built to run on your device. We do not provide user accounts in the app, and we do not use analytics services to track how you use it.

What stays on your device

Preferences, favourites, and other data the app saves for you are stored on your iPhone (or other device) using standard on-device storage. We do not operate a login system and we do not sync this information to our own servers.

Network use and podcasts

When you discover or play podcasts, the app may connect over the internet to third-party podcast feeds and audio as you would expect from a podcast app. Those providers operate under their own terms and policies. PodTuner does not require you to send that listening activity to us.

Analytics and advertising

We do not embed third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in PodTuner for the purpose of tracking you across apps or websites.

Apple and the App Store

Apple may process certain information when you download or update the app through the App Store, in line with Apple’s privacy practices. That processing is governed by Apple, not by this policy alone.

Children

PodTuner is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app in the manner described here.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
